The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-161F is a remanufactured complete rear axle assembly engineered for precision and reliability, featuring the robust Dana 80 differential. This unit comes with a 3.73 gear ratio and Posi Traction limited-slip capability, designed to enhance traction and performance. Each unit is thoroughly inspected for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are fully inspected and tested. Zumbrota replaces all bearings and seals, and carefully inspects gears for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque with precise inch-pound measurements for setup longevity and quiet operation. Axle tubes are also inspected to ensure they meet OEM standards for straightness. Zumbrota employs an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure on both internal and external parts, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning process.
