The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2060A-P is a remanufactured axle assembly for Dana 80 applications.

This assembly features a 4.10 gear ratio and Posi Traction limited-slip differential. All internal parts, including the ring and pinion, are 100% inspected. Bearings, seals, and pinion nuts are also replaced. The housing is cleaned and tested for surface wear and cracks.

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2060A-P is a remanufactured axle assembly built for the Dana 80 full-floating axle. This assembly is designed for 2000-2003 Ford E450 DRW models and features a 4.10 gear ratio with a Posi Traction limited-slip differential. During the remanufacturing process, all tubes are inspected and straightened to OEM specifications, and housings are tested for surface wear and cracks. A thorough 100% inspection of all internal components, including the ring and pinion, internal gears, and clutches, is performed. Key components such as bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are 100% replaced. The housing undergoes a hydro blasting and rinsing process to restore it to an OEM finish. The correct rolling torque is established using inch-pound measurements to ensure precision setup and longevity. Please note that this assembly does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts.
