The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-204B is a remanufactured axle assembly built around the robust Dana 80 differential. This unit is precisely engineered with a 4.10 gear ratio, specifically intended for Cab Chassis and Dual Rear Wheel (DRW) configurations. The remanufacturing process involves rigorous inspection of all tubes and housings for straightness, wear, and cracks, ensuring structural integrity. Internal components, including the ring and pinion, gears, clutches, and carrier, undergo a 100% inspection, with all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims being replaced. The housings are meticulously cleaned using a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process to restore them to an OEM finish. Precision setup and longevity are paramount, with correct rolling torque established using inch-pound measurements. It is important to note that this axle assembly does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts, which must be sourced separately. This remanufactured axle assembly is compatible with 2008-2010 Ford F-350 models equipped with the Dana 80, specifically in DRW Cab Chassis configurations with a 4.10 ratio and Posi Limited Slip Differential.
