Dana 80 Axle Assembly 4.30 Ratio

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-204J is a remanufactured axle assembly specifically designed for the Dana 80 rear axle, compatible with 2013-2016 Ford F350 models equipped with Cab Chassis and Dual Rear Wheels. This assembly is built with a 4.30 gear ratio and features an 11.25-inch ring gear, suited for a standard width axle package. Zumbrota Drivetrain's remanufacturing process ensures quality and longevity. All tubes are inspected and straightened to OEM specifications, and housings are tested for surface wear and cracks. A comprehensive 100% inspection of all internal components, including ring and pinion gears, clutch packs, and carriers, is performed. Essential wear items such as bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced with new parts. Furthermore, the housings undergo a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process to restore them to their original OEM finish.
