Description

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-231A-P is a remanufactured axle assembly for the Dana 80 differential, built to rigorous quality standards. This rear differential assembly includes a 3.73 gear ratio and a Posi limited-slip differential for enhanced traction. Zumbrota Drivetrain thoroughly inspects each axle assembly for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. Internal components such as ring & pinions, gears, and carriers are inspected and tested. All bearings and seals are replaced, and gears are meticulously set for optimal tooth contact, correct rolling torque, and proper backlash to ensure longevity and quiet operation. The axle tubes are also inspected for OEM straightness. This assembly features an 11.25-inch ring gear Dana 80, a 3.73 gear ratio, and a 10-bolt cover. This remanufactured axle assembly is compatible with 2005-2006 Ford F-350 Super Duty models equipped with DRW and Cab & Chassis configurations. This unit is a full-floating axle type.
