This axle assembly features a 4.63 gear ratio and is a full-floating design. Zumbrota Drivetrain's remanufacturing process involves a comprehensive inspection of all components, including ring and pinions, internal gears, and clutches. All bearings and seals are replaced, and gears are examined for proper tooth contact patterns and rolling torque. Axle tubes are checked for straightness to meet OEM standards. The remanufacturing process includes an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning. This rigorous cleaning process sets a high standard for remanufactured axle assemblies, ensuring a clean and ready-to-install product. This Zumbrota RAA435-1818C axle assembly is specifically designed to fit 1992-1997 Ford F450 DRW models equipped with ABS. It is compatible with Dana 80 applications.
