The process includes inspecting all tubes for straightness, testing housings for wear and cracks, and a 100% inspection of internal components like ring and pinions and gears. All bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced. Housings are hydro blasted to an OEM finish, and gear patterns, rolling torque, and backlash clearance are precisely set for optimal tooth contact, longevity, and reduced noise.
