Dana 80 Remanufactured Axle Assembly 4.10 Posi Traction

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-231B-P is a remanufactured axle assembly designed for the Dana 80 differential. This unit is specifically built for 2005-2006 Ford F350 vehicles equipped with the Cab Chassis configuration and Dual Rear Wheels. It comes with a 4.10 gear ratio and a Posi Traction differential, ensuring enhanced traction and performance. This axle assembly undergoes a rigorous remanufacturing process to meet OEM specifications. Zumbrota Drivetrain ensures all tubes are inspected and straightened, and housings are tested for wear and cracks. Internal components, including ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are 100% inspected. All bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced with new parts. The housings are cleaned using a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process to restore the OEM finish, and correct rolling torque is established for precision setup and longevity.
