Description

This remanufactured Dana 35 IFS axle assembly is rebuilt to high standards. Each assembly undergoes inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components (ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers) are inspected and tested. All bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced. Gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact and correct rolling torque. Axle tubes are inspected to OEM standards. Housings are cleaned with a hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting, followed by a shot-enticed deep cleaning process.
