The Yukon YC D18442 is a replacement standard open carrier case specifically engineered for Dana Spicer 44 differentials. This component is designed to work with 19 spline axles and is suitable for vehicles with gear ratios of 3.92 and numerically lower (e.g., 4.10, 4.56). The case itself does not include the spider gears, which will need to be sourced separately or from a previous assembly. This carrier case is a direct fit for Dana Spicer 44 axles, ensuring proper integration into your drivetrain. When installing, note that it requires specific carrier bearing and race part numbers 25590 & 25523, as well as carrier shim kit SK 30214. Proper installation and setup are crucial for optimal performance and longevity of your differential.
