This basecoat delivers a deep, high-gloss appearance while providing an extremely durable, chemical and solvent-resistant layer that actively resists chipping, cracking, and UV ray fading for a long-lasting aesthetic. This product is sold as the paint color only and requires mixing with a urethane reducer at a 2-to-1 ratio before application. Urethane reducers are available separately to accommodate different temperature conditions, with fast, medium, and slow options offered for various climates. Note: This product is not compliant for purchase in the State of California or other jurisdictions with VOC limits below 3.5. Residents in these restricted areas cannot purchase this specific item and should instead seek the Restoration Shop UBLV Low VOC compliant system. Please verify your local air quality control district regulations before purchasing. Onscreen colors are for general reference and may vary by monitor.

Shipping

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. In stock parts ship promptly from our partner network. Special-order items either aren’t currently stocked or are built to your spec — expect 4–6 weeks. If a part goes on backorder while your order is in the queue, we’ll reach out and work through discounted alternatives together.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands), and international orders carry surcharges — most appear at checkout.
