The AutoExtrude DB Extrusion Pre89 fog light kit offers a budget-friendly upgrade for worn or damaged original fog lights on the MK3 Supra (1989-1992). The core of the kit includes Xprite LED fog lamps, each powered by three 10W Cree LEDs for a combined output of 2400 lumens per lamp. These lights are IP65 waterproof and operate at a 6000K white color temperature. Optional yellow 3000K film is available to achieve a "JDM" look, and a dual-color option allows for switching between white and yellow light modes via the fog light controls (On-Off-On toggle). Constructed with durability in mind, the brackets and shrouds are made from weather and UV-resistant ASA plastic, featuring a "textured/wrinkled" finish to eliminate 3D layer lines for a more professional look. The standard kit comes complete with two LED fog lamps, fog light brackets, bumper shrouds, and all required installation hardware and instructions. For an enhanced lighting experience, an optional upgrade replaces the standard Xprite LEDs with higher-quality Morimoto XB LED projector fog lamps. These Morimoto units feature three Philips Luxeon-T LEDs per side, producing approximately 1200 raw lumens each, concentrating to 2400 lumens. They boast projector-based optics for a wide, well-distributed beam pattern that meets DOT, ECE, and SAE standards, ensuring road legality. The Morimoto XB fogs come with a 10-year warranty and feature durable polycarbonate lenses and powder-coated cast aluminum housings that act as heat sinks and protect the internal components from moisture and debris. The Morimoto upgrade option provides superior optics, performance, and a virtually infinite lifespan compared to other aftermarket options.
