DBA 03-10 Ford F-250 Super Duty Front 4000 Series Slotted Rotor

The DBA 4000 Series T3 Slotted Brake Disc is built for optimal performance. It features DBA's patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation system, a 144 diamond and tear-drop pillar design that increases surface area for greater heat dissipation, minimizing brake fade and increasing braking effectiveness. The T3 bi-directional slot design, with 48 precision CNC machined tri-symmetrical slots, ensures a quieter, more responsive, and smoother brake pedal feel by improving the escape of brake pad friction dust and gases. This universal slot design also eliminates the need for separate left and right rotors. The rotor is cast from XG-150 high carbon alloyed iron and undergoes Thermal Stability Profiling, allowing it to handle extreme heat and minimize warping and cracking. It also includes thermographic temperature monitoring with heat paint markings that change color at specific temperature thresholds, providing an indication of peak braking temperatures. Non-friction areas are protected with paint to reduce corrosion and enhance appearance.
