The DBA 4000 Standard Rotors are disc brake rotors from DBA's 4000 Series HD variant. They feature a smooth OE style rotor finish, which is popular for drivers who want the benefits of a 4000 Series rotor but prefer an OE style look, such as for controlled race divisions.
