DBA 09-13 BMW 335i E90/E92/E93 Front 4000 Series Plain Rotor

This front rotor is a direct-replacement designed for 2009–2013 BMW 335i (E90/E92/E93) models, combining DBA’s 4000 Series HD construction with a smooth OE-style finish. Cast from XG-150 high carbon alloyed iron and processed with Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP), this DBA rotor is built to handle repeated heavy braking. It uses DBA’s patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation — a pattern of 144 diamond and teardrop pillars — to increase surface area and improve cooling compared to traditional straight vane designs. The 4000 Series HD variant keeps a plain, OE-like face for drivers who want upgraded thermal performance without a drilled or slotted appearance. Each rotor includes thermo-graphic paint markings (THGP) and is packaged with moisture-proof corrosion protection.
