DBA 5000 Series Slotted Rings are direct replacement 2-piece performance brake rotors. The 5000 Series T3 features DBA's patented T3 bi-directional slot design. These rotors are cast from high carbon alloyed iron and undergo Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP) for increased stress and heat handling. They typically incorporate DBA's patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation, which uses 144 diamond and teardrop patterned pillars to achieve up to a 30% increase in surface area and 20% improvement in cooling efficiency compared to traditional straight vane designs.
