The Stillen DBA 4000 Series Standard Brake Rotor (DBA42633) is a direct replacement rotor engineered to provide upgraded performance braking beyond standard OE levels for select vehicles. Disc Brakes Australia (DBA) manufactures this rotor using high-carbon alloyed iron that has undergone Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP). This process enhances the rotor's ability to withstand the increased stress and heat generated during intense braking applications. This performance series rotor typically incorporates DBA's patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation system. The DBA42633 features a smooth surface type and is a vented rotor. Key technical specifications for the DBA42633 include an outside diameter of 350 mm, an overall height of 64 mm, a center hole diameter of 72 mm, and a lug hole quantity of 5. The nominal thickness is 28 mm, with a discard thickness of 28 mm.
