The Stillen DBA 4000 Series Standard Brake Rotor (DBA4041) is engineered as a direct replacement for drivers seeking performance braking capabilities that exceed standard OE specifications. This rear rotor is constructed from high-carbon alloyed iron, a material chosen for its ability to withstand higher thermal loads. To further enhance its durability and performance under demanding conditions, the rotor undergoes DBA's proprietary Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP) process. This treatment allows the metallurgy to effectively manage the increased stress and heat generated during intense braking applications. DBA incorporates its patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation system into this rotor. This enhanced cooling is crucial for maintaining consistent braking performance and preventing brake fade. The DBA4041 rotor has an outside diameter of 286 mm, a nominal and discard thickness of 16 mm, and an overall height of 78.6 mm, with a 70 mm center hole diameter and 5 lug holes.
