Constructed from high-carbon alloyed iron, the DBA 5000 Series rotor undergoes Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP). This process enhances the rotor's ability to withstand the extreme temperatures and stresses generated during intense braking applications. The design incorporates DBA's patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation system, which utilizes a series of 144 diamond and teardrop-shaped pillars. This specific rotor, DBA53943.1, is the rear ring designed for the 2019-2024 Tesla 3 Performance model. Key technical specifications include an outside diameter of 335mm, a nominal thickness of 20mm, and a vented design. It also features a smooth surface type and a 12-stud/lug hole quantity.
