DBA 5000 Series XDR Rear Disc Brake Rotor

The DBA DBA2548X disc brake rotor is engineered as a direct replacement for your vehicle's original equipment, providing an upgrade in performance suitable for normal daily driving. This rotor features a premium, non-directional cross-drilled and slotted design, combined with an attractive gold finish on the rotor hub, distinguishing it as part of the X Gold series. Constructed from high-carbon alloyed iron, this rotor undergoes Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP) to withstand increased stress and heat from demanding braking. Symmetrical slots and chamfered drill holes facilitate the escape of friction dust and gases, leading to quieter operation and more responsive pedal feel. Additionally, the En-shield coating protects the rotor and eliminates the need for pre-installation cleaning, while a machine-turned CBN polish minimizes disc thickness fluctuations, pad knock, and premature wear. Key specifications include a 297 mm outside diameter, 28 mm nominal and discard thickness, a 68 mm center hole diameter, and 5 lug holes. The rotor is vented and sold individually. This DBA rotor is compatible with various Mazda CX-5 and Mazda 6 models, typically for the front application.
