The Stillen DBA 5000 Series XS brake rotor ring offers enhanced braking performance beyond standard OE levels. Manufactured by Disc Brakes Australia (DBA), these direct replacement rotors are constructed from high-carbon alloyed iron and treated with Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP) to withstand extreme heat and stress during demanding driving conditions. DBA's patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation system, featuring 144 diamond and teardrop patterned pillars, is incorporated into this rotor design. This unique ventilation provides up to a 30% increase in surface area and a 20% improvement in cooling efficiency compared to traditional straight vane designs, ensuring consistent performance. This specific rotor, DBA5069.1XS, is designed for the front of various 1999-2004 Ford Mustang models. Fitment details specify compatibility with 1999-2000 Cobra models, 2001-2002 SVT Cobra and GT Bullitt models, and 2003-2004 Mach 1 and SVT Cobra models. The rotor has an outside diameter of 330mm, a nominal thickness of 28mm, and a discard thickness of 26mm, with a 166mm center hole diameter and 12 lug holes.
