The DBA DB1800SSEV Street Series brake pads are specifically engineered to meet the unique braking requirements of Electric and Hybrid Vehicles (EVs/Hybrids). Conventional combustion engine cars have different braking characteristics, and DBA has developed a specialized friction formulation for their Street Series pads to accommodate these differences. This EV-specific compound, combined with a new, unique shim, ensures optimal performance and safety for electrified powertrains. Designed for improved cold-bite performance, the DB1800SSEV pads provide reliable stopping power from the moment you apply the brakes, even before they have been thermally conditioned. This is crucial for EVs and hybrids, where immediate and consistent braking response is paramount. These front brake pads are listed as fitting various Lexus and Toyota models, including the 2013-2018 Lexus ES300h, 2007-2015 and 2016-2018 Lexus ES350, 2008-2018 Toyota Avalon, and 2007-2017 Toyota Camry. Made in Japan and USA versions are noted for the 2016-2018 Lexus ES350.
