DBA Rear Brake Rotor

The DBA DBA42633S is a high-performance rear brake rotor, part of the 4000 Series T3 line. Engineered as a direct replacement, this rotor incorporates DBA's advanced technology for maximum stopping power and longevity. The construction utilizes XG150 High Carbon Alloy Iron, which is heat-treated to resist warping and cracking, thereby extending rotor life. Its design is recommended for high-performance driving, towing, and heavy-duty applications. The rotor features a unique Tri-symmetrical slotting pattern, an evolution of DBA's T2 slot design. These precisely machined slots not only enhance the aesthetic appeal but also serve critical functional purposes. They increase the number of exit points for brake pad friction gasses and dust, leading to improved brake stop uniformity and consistent effectiveness. DBA's patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation system, with its 144 diamond and tear-drop pillar design, is a key feature that significantly reduces brake fade and further enhances braking performance. The rotor also includes temperature monitoring capabilities, allowing drivers to gauge peak braking temperatures. For added protection against corrosion, non-friction areas are coated to prevent rust formation. The universal slot design means there are no left or right specific discs, simplifying installation.
