DBA Slotted Brake Rotors

The DBA DBA790S is a "Street T2" series brake rotor, engineered by Disc Brakes Australia (DBA) for drivers who desire enhanced braking performance and aesthetics beyond standard equipment. Designed as a direct replacement for OE rotors, these are crafted from high-carbon alloyed iron and treated with Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP) to withstand increased heat and stress from demanding braking applications. The key innovation in this rotor is DBA's patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation system. This effectively reduces operating temperatures and helps prevent rotor warping. Complementing this is the Bi-symmetrical T2 slotting, which not only aids in heat dissipation but also provides a quieter, more responsive, and smoother brake pedal feel. The T2 slot design is also crucial for promoting even pad wear and minimizing pad glazing, ensuring consistent performance over time. These rotors are suitable for "Normal Commute" and "Performance Street" driving conditions, offering a noticeable upgrade over stock components. The "Coated" finish on the non-friction surface enhances their appearance and protects against corrosion. Each rotor is sold individually. Specifications include an outside diameter of 322mm, a nominal and discard thickness of 32mm, and a height of 65mm. They are vented and feature 5 lug holes.
