DDP 01-04 Chevrolet Duramax 6.6L LB7 Reman Injector - Stock (Single)

The DDP LB7-STK is a remanufactured stock power level fuel injector for 2001-2004 GM 6.6L Duramax LB7 engines. It is sold individually and features all internal components replaced with new OE components and the latest revisions. These injectors are bench-tested for functional operation and calibrated to stock flow rates, ensuring consistent spray patterns and fuel delivery for smoother idle and predictable throttle response. Dynomite Diesel utilizes K-Factor Injector Nozzle technology, which involves Advanced Flow Machining (AFM) and precision honing to smooth out imperfections, polish internal surfaces, and radius the inlet of each orifice. This process aims to remove flow restriction, improve fuel atomization for a cleaner burn (reducing black smoke and EGTs), deliver more fuel at the same pressure by optimizing the nozzle shape, and reduce turbulence for improved power and efficiency.
