The K-Tech DDS (Direct Damping System) front fork cartridges represent a complete replacement damping system engineered and manufactured in the UK for elite racing use. This pressurized damping system employs 20mm displacing pistons to facilitate a high oil flow through its 31mm control valves, achieving precise damping control. The patent-pending design effectively eliminates cavitation, resulting in exceptional stability even under the most extreme racing conditions. Furthermore, the independent damping circuits are optimized to enhance dynamics and response time, while a spring force maintains system pressure for stability across all operating temperatures. This cartridge kit offers extensive adjustability, featuring 30 clicks of compression adjustment and 30 clicks of rebound adjustment. It also includes 18mm of spring preload adjustment, providing riders with fine-tuning capabilities to match their preferences and track conditions. The system incorporates DDS technology, an 8mm piston rod for reduced system displacement, and a 20mm displacing piston for substantial oil flow and enhanced damping control. Its 31mm control piston further contributes to improved feel and response time. Supplied with three pairs of springs and the necessary tools for installation, this kit is ready to be fitted. A wide range of spring rates are available separately to accommodate diverse rider needs.
