Overview

The K-Tech DDS front fork cartridge is a complete replacement damping system for high-end racing applications. Manufactured in the UK, it features a pressurized damping system with 20mm displacing pistons and 31mm control valves for precise damping control. The patented design eliminates cavitation, ensuring system stability under extreme conditions, while independent damping circuits enhance dynamics and response time. The system is pressurized by spring force for stability across all working temperatures.

It utilizes a pressurized system with 20mm displacing pistons and 31mm control valves to achieve precise damping control through high oil flow. This patented design prevents cavitation, resulting in exceptional stability even under extreme racing conditions. This cartridge offers 30 clicks of adjustment for both compression and rebound damping, along with an 18mm range for spring preload adjustment. Key internal components include an 8mm piston rod for reduced system displacement, a 20mm displacing piston for substantial oil flow and enhanced damping, and a 31mm control piston for improved rider feel and quicker response. The system is supplied with three pairs of springs and the necessary tools for their adjustment. A wide range of additional spring rates are also available to suit specific rider preferences and track conditions. Installation of the DDS cartridges requires specialized tools and techniques, and is recommended to be performed only by K-Tech authorized dealers who have received specific training. This ensures the guaranteed performance and safety of the product. The product is noted as not being permitted in the UK BSB Superstock 1000 Class.
