This pressurized system utilizes 20mm displacing pistons and 31mm control valves for precise damping control, while its patented design eliminates cavitation for stability under extreme conditions. The independent damping circuits improve dynamics and response time, and the system is kept stable under all working temperatures by spring force.

The K-Tech DDS (Direct Damping System) front fork cartridges represent a complete replacement damping system engineered and manufactured in the UK for demanding racing environments. This advanced, pressurized system features 20mm displacing pistons and 31mm control valves, enabling a high flow of oil for exceptionally precise damping control. The internal damping circuits work independently to enhance motorcycle dynamics and response times. The system's stability is maintained across varying working temperatures through integrated spring force. This cartridge kit offers 30 clicks of compression adjustment and 30 clicks of rebound adjustment, alongside an 18mm spring preload adjustment. It includes 8mm piston rods for reduced system displacement and 20mm displacing pistons for substantial oil flow and superior damping control. The 31mm control piston enhances rider feel and response. They are exclusively available through K-Tech authorized dealers who have received specialized training. Installation requires specific tools and techniques to ensure optimal performance and rider safety. This product is noted to use 36-260- springs. The cartridge kit is compatible with Aprilia RSV4 models from 2010 onwards, including various APRC and RR trims, as well as certain Tuono V4R models.
