Overview

The ARMYTRIX MBAGT-DDC is a high-flow performance exhaust system designed for the Mercedes-AMG GT/GT S models from 2015 to the present. Constructed from stainless steel with a ceramic coating, this system features a de-catted design to optimize exhaust flow. It integrates with the ARMYTRIX valve control technology, allowing for adjustable sound modes via a remote or smartphone app.

It also includes a mechanism to clear catalytic converter and OPF-related fault codes, minimizing the chance of a check engine light.

Installation requires an ARMYTRIX OBDII Control Module, and fitment is specified for Left-Hand Drive (LHD) and Right-Hand Drive (RHD) cars. The system is compatible with the 4.0L V8 Biturbo M178 engine found in the AMG GT/GT S Coupé.

ARMYTRIX integrates its signature valve control technology, allowing drivers to switch between distinct sound profiles—Smart Mode, Neighbor Mode, and Beast Mode—using a remote control or a smartphone application. This system offers the flexibility to choose between a quieter, more restrained sound or a louder, performance-oriented exhaust note at the push of a button. The smart mode can be customized to automatically adjust valve positions based on RPM or boost pressure, providing a worry-free driving experience.
