Every Deatschwerks injector is a drop-in fitment for its application, engineered to fit the OEM harness, OEM fuel rail and OEM manifold. All Deatschwerks high flow fuel injectors are built using only quality OEM cores. In addition, each set is balanced to within a 2% flow variation. This means better fitment, easier tuning, and increased reliability. Deatschwerks has added a crucial step of flow balancing and quality assurance testing on EVERY set of injectors they produce. Over 40 data points are collected and analyzed on each injector to be sure you receive the best end product. All of Deatschwerks testing is performed in-house on their custom built New Age Technologies injector flow bench. Features: 1200cc/min, Bosch EV14 technology-widely regarded as the gold standard in EFI, Flow rate in excess of 1,000cc/min at 3bar using SAE testing standards, Flow matched with our exclusive multi-point dynamic flow testing, Stainless Steel internals for compatibility with race fuels including MTBE-oxygenated fuels, ethanol blended fuels (including e85) and methanol blended fuels, Flow rates and set balancing in-house by DeatschWerks, Flow balanced to within 1-2% (flow report included), Excellent spray pattern and atomization for optimized idle and tuning. Located in Oklahoma City, OK, DW houses all of the company s functions including design, end-manufacturing, quality assurance, sales, marketing, and administration in its 36,000sf facility. DeatschWerks roots were established in 2004 by offering high flow drop-in fitment fuel injectors. In 2009 DW expanded into fuel pumps with the DW300, the highest flowing in-tank fuel pump of its time. Since then, DW has developed a wide range of innovative fuel system components which include in-tank and in-line pumps, surge tanks, fuel rails, fuel filters, pressure regulators, and a fuel-specific lines, fittings, and adaptors.
