Deep Aluminum Transmission Pan with Cooling Fins

The PPE Deep Allison Transmission Pan is a heavy-duty upgrade for your Allison 1000 transmission, engineered to enhance fluid capacity and thermal performance. By increasing the fluid volume by 4 quarts, this pan allows for longer periods before fluid heat-up, leading to more stable operating temperatures and an extended transmission lifespan. To further combat heat, the pan incorporates tall cooling fins – 1-inch internally and 3/4-inch externally – which are designed to reduce operating temperatures by up to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. It also features robust side ribs for added structural integrity. A key feature is the high-powered Neodymium magnet integrated into the drain plug, effectively capturing harmful ferrous metal particles from the transmission fluid. The pan also includes PPE’s exclusive built-in filter lock, ensuring that deep filters remain securely positioned. Included with the pan are Allen-head mounting bolts and a new deep filter. Additionally, the pan is equipped with 1/4" NPT and 1/8" NPT ports, providing convenient locations for the installation of additional sensors. The drain plug is made of 1" 304 Stainless Steel with a 17mm hex head and features a reusable VITON O-ring. This transmission pan is recommended for all stock Allison transmissions and is highly advised for those equipped with Stage4, Stage5, and Stage6 kits. It fits 2001-2019 Chevy Silverado 2500/3500 and GMC Sierra 2500/3500 models, as well as 2019 Chevy/GMC 4500/5500/6500 trucks.
