Dee Zee Transfer Tanks provide a safe and convenient method for transporting non-flammable liquids such as diesel, water, hydraulic fluid, and kerosene. These tanks are constructed from Brite-Tread aluminum with a black powder coat finish and feature a radius curve design to eliminate weld pressure points. Key features include 3 stability baffles, a lockable cap, a 3/8-inch drainage plug, and a venting coupler. Intended for private, non-commercial use, these tanks are not designed as auxiliary fuel systems and are not for use with gasoline. They do not meet Title 49 of the United States Federal Registry governing transportation. To ensure safety and optimal performance, do not fill the transfer tank to 100% capacity. Allow for sufficient headspace (fill to 90% capacity) for fuel expansion and vapor buildup to prevent fuel leaks, increased pressure, and compliance issues.
