The cp-e Delta Core Front Mount Intercooler Kit is a performance upgrade designed for the 2016-2018 Focus RS. This intercooler features a 28” x 7” x 3.5″ core size with fully cast end-tanks.

Designed as a direct-fit, bolt-in application, it re-uses OE factory tubing and mounting points, making installation easier and avoiding permanent modifications. The kit aims to provide cooler, more consistent airflow to the engine.

The cp-e Delta Core Front Mount Intercooler Kit is engineered as a direct-fit upgrade for the 2016, 2017, and 2018 Ford Focus RS. Featuring a substantial 28” x 7” x 3.5″ core size and fully cast end-tanks, this intercooler kit prioritizes low turbulence and minimal pressure drop. Its maximized core design contributes to substantially lower and more consistent charge temperatures, ensuring your aggressive engine receives optimal airflow. It also does not require the removal of active grill shutters. The outcome is significantly cooler and more stable charge temperatures, enhancing overall performance. This product is not CARB exempt and is not legal for sale or use in California.
