The JOBOX PAN1441002 48-1/2 inch long aluminum innerside truck box in black is designed to mount on the top of the bed side walls, making it ideal for storing longer tools and equipment while keeping the truck bed free for bulky items. This truck box can be combined with a Crossover box to create a wrap-around storage system. It features a Gear-Lock dual rotary locking system that operates like a ratchet to lock the lid down tighter, and a self-aligning latch pin that pivots for easy engagement without adjustments. The 3-Layer Laminated RSL Rigid Structural Lid has a reverse beveled edge liner and an inner layer of rigid foam insulation for maximum rigidity and strength. Heavy-duty, reliable Posi-Lift gas springs automatically open the lid for easier access. The reinforced high-strength body resists cargo damage and protects the lock system. It includes a full-length storage bin for quick access to hand tools and parts, full weather stripping for a tight seal against moisture and dust, and a built-in full-length storage compartment for small tools and parts.
