Show original supplier description
The Duraflex Demon Front Bumper is a one-piece accessory designed to enhance the appearance and aerodynamics of your 1999-2004 Ford Mustang. It is constructed using a proprietary polymer blend, which combines the lightweight properties of fiberglass with enhanced flexibility and impact resistance, leading to increased durability and a longer service life. The aerodynamic design may also contribute to reduced drag, potentially improving performance. Professional installation by a qualified bodyshop is recommended, as fiberglass parts inherently require prep work, including sanding, trimming, and filling, before priming and painting. This product does not include mounting hardware; you will need to supply your own screws, bolts, and potentially custom brackets. Duraflex also notes that fitment is not guaranteed on vehicles that have been involved in accidents, have body damage, or have undergone customization. Modifications to the vehicle, such as removal of reinforcement bars or safety equipment, may be necessary. Furthermore, Duraflex parts are intended for off-road or show use only and may not be street-legal due to Department of Transportation regulations.
