Description

This heavy-duty axle is designed for off-road vehicles, featuring wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design to prevent binding. It boasts a 10-15% increase in CV joint size and a 15-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles, ensuring enhanced durability and performance. The shafts are crafted from dual heat-treated high-strength chromoly steel, and the boots are made from thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE), packed with high-load molybdenum grease. The inner cage is constructed from 4340 chromoly material, and the entire assembly is precision CNC machined. This axle is designed to accommodate various lift kits and a-arms.
