Demon Powersports X-Treme Heavy Duty Axles are designed for extreme terrains and racing. They are constructed entirely from 4340 Chromoly Steel for all components (shaft, housing, cage, race, balls). Features include larger CV joints and shafts, proprietary dual heat treatment, re-engineered cage design, and Molybdenum grease. Inner components are micro-polished to reduce heat buildup. The 4340 chromoly steel provides elasticity to absorb stress, protecting the differential and drivetrain. Specifically tailored for major Long Travel Suspension Kits and Lift Kits from brands like Cognito Motorsports, Extreme Performance, Fireball Racing HCR, NXS Designs, Madigan Motorsports, SF Raceworks, LSK, Lone Star Racing, Fifty6 Industries, FabWerx, Grounder 4, UTV Wolfpack, Reflex, and Long Travel Industries. Backed by a 2-year limited warranty. The dual plunge design allows for extra suspension travel and prevents binding, with an articulation angle up to 47° for the CVs. Compatible with most bracket lift kits up to 3\" and any portal lifts. Up to 30% larger than HD axles, offering a maximum breaking torque of up to 5,800Nm. CV joints are forged 4340 Chromoly steel with engineered internal components to minimize heat, a micro-polished inner cavity, and specialized surface finish for heat dissipation, packed with lithium-based grease.
