The 034Motorsport Density Line Control Arm Kit is a performance replacement for factory front upper and lower control arms. This results in tighter handling and more precise steering response than new factory control arms.

The 034Motorsport Density Line Control Arm Kit offers a significant upgrade over worn factory front control arms, which can degrade and compromise alignment and steering precision. This complete kit is engineered as a direct replacement for all eight factory front upper and lower control arms. It utilizes high-durometer rubber bushings (65 Durometer) and includes new M14 ball joints, providing a performance advantage over even new OEM components. Key features include improved handling feel and enhanced steering precision. The kit is designed as a complete, drop-in replacement and includes all necessary installation hardware. It replaces various OE part numbers such as 8K0407505A, 8K0407506A, 8K0407509A, and others. This kit requires careful installation: suspension must be compressed to static ride height before tightening pivot bushings to prevent premature bushing tear. Professional installation is highly recommended. For B8/B8.5 models, selection between Early (M12) and Late (M14) build dates is crucial, as is selecting the correct version for C7/C7.5 A6/A7 based on build date. New Outer Tie Rod Ends are sold separately. The control arm kit is compatible with a wide range of Audi models including the A4 (B8/B8.5), S4 (B8/B8.5), RS4 (B8/B8.5), A5 (B8/B8.5), S5 (B8/B8.5), RS5 (B8.5), Q5 (B8/B8.5), SQ5 (B8/B8.5), Allroad (B8/B8.5), A6 (C7/C7.5), and A7 (C7/C7.5), with specific fitments depending on model year, engine, and build date.
