Density Line Control Arm Kit

The 034Motorsport Density Line Control Arm Kit is engineered as a direct-fit, performance replacement for the factory front upper and lower control arms on various Audi and Porsche Macan models. Over time, especially on enthusiast-driven vehicles, the original control arm bushings can degrade and ball joints can develop play, leading to compromised alignment and less precise steering. This complete kit addresses these issues by providing eight new control arms (four upper, four lower), two M14 ball joints, and all required installation hardware. This results in tighter handling characteristics and more responsive steering, offering a driving experience that surpasses even brand-new factory control arms. The kit is offered with NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) levels described as None to Low, though user experience may vary. Fitment is extensive, covering a range of B8/B8.5 Audi A4, S4, RS4, A5, S5, RS5, Q5, SQ5, Allroad, and C7/C7.5 Audi A6, S6, RS6, A7, S7, RS7 models, as well as the 95B Porsche Macan. Crucially, vehicles require specific selection based on build date for M12 or M14 ball joints; for B8/B8.5 models, this is up to November 2, 2009 (Early/M12) or from November 3, 2009 (Late/M14). Similarly, C7/C7.5 models have date-specific requirements (August 15, 2011). New outer tie rod ends are sold separately. Installation requires specific attention: it is imperative that the suspension be compressed to static ride height *before* tightening any suspension pivot bushings to prevent premature bushing tear. Professional installation is highly recommended, and improper installation voids the limited warranty. For C7/C7.5 A6/A7 models, OE upper control arm mounting bolts must be reused or replaced, as provided bolts are not long enough.
