Description

Denso remanufactured alternators are designed to meet or exceed OEM standards, ensuring proper fitment and reliable performance. They undergo rigorous testing, including stators and rectifiers at 300 volts and rotors at 600 volts, to guarantee a quality component. Rotor slip rings are buffed to an 8-micron surface finish with minimal runout to reduce brush wear. Bearings are validated to OE standards and lubricated with premium OE-standard lubricants.
