Description

DENSO alternators are original equipment on many vehicles and are favored in motorsports for their light weight, high efficiency, and durability. Remanufactured DENSO alternators undergo rigorous testing, including stators and rectifiers to 300 volts and rotors to 600 volts. Rotor slip rings are buffed to an 8 micron surface finish with run out limited to 20 microns to minimize brush wear. Bearings meet OE standards and are loaded with premium OE-standard lubricants. DENSO alternators are designed to meet or exceed manufacturer standards, offer easy installation, and provide reliable service. They are offered in versions from 40 to 160 amperes and beyond for hundreds of specific vehicle applications.
