The Design Engineering, Inc. 91483 Protect-A-Sleeve is a bulk titanium sleeve sold by the linear foot with a 1-inch inside diameter. This sleeve can withstand up to 1800F direct heat and 2500F radiant heat.

Utilizing DEI's proprietary LR Technology, this sleeve offers superior thermal protection for various applications, including street vehicles and race engines. It is water and heat resistant, making it suitable for Powersports vehicles, motorcycles, personal watercraft, snowmobiles, and marine use. The product protects fuel lines, oil lines, spark plug wires, and electrical wires from direct and under-hood radiant heat. It is large enough to accommodate radiator hoses and heater hoses. Heat shrink ends are included.
