The Firestone Destination M/T2 tire is engineered to provide off-road maximum traction and robust performance for trucks and SUVs. Its design incorporates advanced features such as a unique over-the-shoulder tread/lug pattern for increased extraction traction in ruts and mud, and wide wraparound lugs that help deflect road hazards and improve self-cleaning in challenging conditions. Constructed with CO-CS (Computer Optimized Component System), this tire maximizes performance by optimizing tread design, casing shape, materials, and construction. The LL Carbon (Long Link) compound enhances tread wear and resists cracking and tearing, while the O-BEAD technology ensures improved uniformity and ride comfort. For added wheel protection against curb damage, it features a raised rubber ridge known as Rim Guard. The DURA-LOC construction utilizes 3 polyester body plies and a high-strength tie-in for superior resistance to on- and off-highway hazards. This specific tire size is 31x10.50R15LT with a load index of 109Q and a 6-ply rating (C). It has a tread depth of 20/32" and a recommended rim width range of 7 to 9 inches. The sidewall is noted as OWL (Outline White Lettering). The tire is also pinned for studs, offering extra grip in winter conditions.
