DFC 03-05 Ford Explorer Sport Trac Front & Rear Rotors

OEM technology is getting better every year, and DFC endeavors to match the latest OEM technologies. Each rotor is engineered to match the OE vane configuration, including split-core technology for proper and maximum heat dissipation. Cores are dipped with a specially formulated paint for a smoother finish inside the vane structure, improving airflow and reducing machining for balancing. Rotors are machined to tight tolerances (.010mm DTV and .050mm maximum lateral runout guaranteed, regularly achieving .007mm DTV and .025mm maximum lateral runout), and fine-turned to a maximum of 1.6 RMS for a smoother finish, improving initial break-in. Each rotor passes a 100% electronic inspection measuring over 20 attributes to meet OE specifications. A genuine GEOMET® Finish is applied for superior corrosion protection, processed dry, shipped dry, and ready to install without additional preparation. This saves time and money during installation. The GEOMET® coating is safely swept away by friction material without harmful effects.
