Description

The DFC 6004-72058 brake rotors are engineered to match OEM vane configuration, including split-core technology, to ensure proper heat dissipation. They are dipped with a specially formulated paint for a smoother finish inside the vane structure, improving airflow and reducing machining required for balancing. Machined to tight tolerances, DFC guarantees specifications of .010mm disc thickness variation (DTV) and .050mm maximum lateral runout, and regularly achieves .007mm DTV and .025mm maximum lateral runout. A fine-turned finish (1.6 RMS) improves initial break-in due to increased pad-to-rotor contact. Each rotor passes a 100% electronic inspection to meet OE specifications, ensuring trouble-free performance. Coupled with DFC's application-specific brake pads, these rotors provide optimal braking. A GEOMET® Finish provides superior corrosion protection.
