DFC's brake rotors and pads are engineered to match OEM specifications, focusing on proper heat dissipation with OE vane configurations and split-core technology. The castings are machined to tight tolerances (.010mm DTV and .050mm lateral runout maximum, often achieving .007mm DTV and .025mm lateral runout) and fine-turned to 1.6 RMS for a smooth finish and improved break-in. Each rotor undergoes a 100% electronic inspection. The kit features a GEOMET® finish for superior corrosion protection, making it ready for installation without additional preparation. It is environmentally friendly, free of toxic metals, and made with premium G3000/G11H18 iron castings. High Carbon iron formulations (Molybdenum, Chromium, and Carbon) enhance noise dampening and provide high strength and thermal conductivity, especially for European and heavy vehicles.
