DFC GEOSPEC Coated Brake Rotors are designed to resist rust more effectively than conventional painted or zinc-coated rotors. They are processed and shipped dry, ready for installation without additional preparation, which saves time during installation. The coating is safely removed by the friction material during use. Each rotor casting undergoes precision machining to tight tolerances and features a non-directional finish for faster, more even brake pad bed-in, resulting in quieter and smoother stops. All vented rotors are 100% inspected for balance and corrected using an electronic mill-balance process if needed. After machining, each rotor passes a 100% inspection to ensure it meets OE specifications.
