The DFC GeoSPEC Coated Brake Rotors are developed with a durable and attractive silver-gray finish, providing superior rust protection compared to conventional paint or zinc coatings. They are processed dry, shipped dry, and ready for installation without additional preparation. These rotors are engineered with premium G3000/G11H18 iron castings for strength, stability, and durability, and feature original equipment (OE) vane configuration for optimal heat dissipation. Each rotor is CNC-machined to tight tolerances, 100% precision cut, and mill-balanced to ensure smoother stopping and zero vibration. The non-directional finish promotes faster and more even brake pad bed-in, leading to quieter and smoother stops. The 4000 HybriDynamic Brake Pads are made from high-quality materials, offering robust stopping power from the first stop. They feature a scorched design to eliminate the need for a lengthy initial break-in period. The kit also includes DFC Hardware Kits to reduce noise and vibrations, ensuring a smooth and quiet ride. The pads are chamfered and slotted to further reduce braking noise and feature rubber-steel-rubber shims for improved NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) characteristics.
