The rotor is manufactured from G3000/G11H18 iron castings and is CNC-machined to tight tolerances. It is 100% precision cut and mill-balanced for smooth stopping and no vibration, with a non-directional finish to promote faster brake pad bed-in and quieter operation. The GeoSPEC coating is applied dry and ready for installation, eliminating the need for pre-degreasing.
