Formulated with the G3000 cast iron specification, DFC Premium Brake rotors are engineered to match OEM specifications for durability, reliability, and stability. Each rotor casting is sent to our state of the art machining facilities, where it is processed to the tightest tolerances available in the market today. Then, the rotor is prepared with a non-directional finish to promote a faster and more even brake pad bed-in, along with quieter and smoother stops. Finally, all vented rotors are 100% inspected for balance and are corrected if necessary with our state of the art electronic mill-balance process. After all of the machining processes are completed, each rotor passes a 100% inspection station that measures all critical attributes to ensure that each rotor meets OE specifications. This further guarantees that each and every rotor delivered to you is trouble free. DFC provides a 12 month - 12,000 mile limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship.

OEM technology is getting better every year. At DFC, we endeavor to match the latest technologies as applied by the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). Each rotor is engineered to match the OE vane configuration, including the OE split-core technology to ensure proper and maximum heat dissipation. All cores are dipped with a specifically formulated paint to provide a smoother finish inside the vane structure, which improves air flow and reduces machining required for balancing. Rotors are machined to tight tolerances (.010mm disc thickness variation (DTV) and .050mm maximum lateral runout guaranteed, regularly achieving .007mm DTV and .025mm maximum lateral runout), and fine-turned to a maximum of 1.6 RMS for a smoother finish and improved initial break-in. Each rotor passes a 100% electronic inspection. Coupled with application-specific DFC brake pads, these rotors provide optimal braking. Features a genuine GEOMET® Finish for superior corrosion protection, processed dry, shipped dry, and ready to install without additional preparation, saving time during installation. The GEOMET® Finish is safely swept away by the friction material with no harmful effects. Environmentally friendly, meets EPA, Chrysler CS-9003, GM GMW 3059, Ford WSS-M99P9999-A1 (Hex 9), EU Directives on ELV and RoHS. Free of chromium, nickel, cadmium, lead, barium, and mercury. Engineered with premium G3000/G11H18 iron castings for strength, stability, and durability. High Carbon iron formulations enhance noise dampening and provide high strength and increased thermal conductivity.
